Saved orders allow you to save an order for later review or completion, allowing you to automatically add all products to your basket again and proceed to checkout. You can edit quantities or remove items from the basket if required.
Saving an order is ideal if you’re in a rush and want to revisit your order later in the day, helps you to keep track of products if you are working on multiple orders at the same time, or if you have repeat orders that you want to be able to quickly add to baskets regularly. This allows you to save products and quantities, avoiding having to re-enter products in the future.
To use saved orders, you must have registered an account on the Huvo website – guest customers are not able to save orders.
To Save an Order
- Ensure you are logged in to your account
- Add products and quantities to your basket
- Go to your basket
- Click the green ‘Save order’ button
- Name your order, so that you can quickly come back to it at a later date
To Access Your Saved Orders
- Navigate to your account area (next to Contact Us in the top right corner)
- Go to ‘Saved Orders’
- All saved orders appear here, which you can delete if needed or proceed to checkout
- Click the trolley button to add an order to your basket
- You can amend quantities or remove items. You can then replace the saved order by clicking ‘Replace’, or create a new saved basket by clicking ‘Save Order’
- Then easily and quickly complete the checkout process as normal
