How long do the batteries last?

The Superior StreetSiren Plus Jeweller operates for up to 10 years on the eight pre-installed CR123A batteries. Battery life depends on usage frequency, alarm duration settings, and environmental conditions. The Ajax app provides real-time battery monitoring and sends low-battery notifications when levels drop to 25%, allowing installers to schedule maintenance in advance.

Can the siren be used outdoors?

Yes, the Superior StreetSiren Plus Jeweller is specifically designed for both outdoor and indoor use. The hermetically sealed enclosure is rated IP54 for ingress protection against dust, rain, and snow, with IK08 impact protection.
