Summary
Vigilon’s system supports a large number of loop-powered interface units, providing a versatile array of inputs and outputs for the Fire Detection & Alarm (FD&A) system. These units can manage plant control and signal other systems during a fire, and can also integrate with other emergency management systems like sprinklers and security systems.
Loop-powered interfaces are a cost-effective option, with each device being individually addressed to enhance the overall management capabilities of the FD&A system.
These interfaces can be powered either directly from the loop or via a separate mains supply. The mains-powered version includes its own battery backup.
