Ajax Systems Shatters Industry Records with 55 New Products at Special Event 2025

Ajax Systems delivered its most ambitious product launch to date last week, unveiling 55 new devices under the theme “Dare to be First” – including the security industry’s first wireless Grade 3 intrusion protection system.

The seventh Ajax Special Event, broadcast in 26 languages and watched by industry professionals across 35 countries, showcased why the Ukrainian manufacturer continues to challenge conventional thinking about wireless security technology. For installers, the announcement represents significant new contract opportunities across commercial, industrial and high-security sectors.

Breaking New Ground: Wireless Grade 3 Certification

The headline announcement positions Ajax as the first manufacturer globally to achieve Grade 3 certification for a wireless intrusion detection system. This milestone shatters the long-held assumption that wireless technology couldn’t meet the rigorous requirements for high-risk environments.

The Grade 3 wireless system supports the full range of intrusion detection devices – motion sensors, opening detectors, keypads, sirens, panic buttons and repeaters – all communicating via the enhanced Superior Jeweller radio protocol. Ajax founder Oleksandr Konotopskyi emphasised that no other company in the industry had achieved this certification level for wireless systems.

What this means for installers: Grade 3 certification opens doors to banking industry contracts, high-value retail installations and critical infrastructure projects that previously required wired systems. The wireless advantage dramatically reduces installation time and labour costs whilst meeting the same stringent security standards. Ajax wireless Grade 3 devices will be available to order in Q4 2025.

Superior MegaHub: Scaling Security to Unprecedented Levels

The new Superior MegaHub represents Ajax’s most powerful control panel to date, supporting up to 999 wired and wireless devices in any combination with no limits on sirens. This marks a fundamental shift in how large-scale security systems can be deployed.

The MegaHub carries Grade 3 certification and incorporates advanced anti-sabotage protection, making it suitable for shopping centres, business centres, factories, logistics hubs, and large warehouses. One control panel can now cover the entire security system of such locations, eliminating the complexity and cost of managing multiple panels across expansive sites.

The device will be available to order in Q1 2026, and only accredited Ajax Systems partners can sell, install and maintain Superior products.

Doubling Down: Superior Hub Hybrid 2

For medium-to-large installations, Ajax introduced the Superior Hub Hybrid 2, supporting up to 250 devices with no siren limits, 25 security groups, 64 automation scenarios and 100 users – exactly double the capacity of its predecessor. This Grade 3-certified hub bridges the gap between residential-scale systems and the enterprise-level MegaHub, providing installers with flexibility when scaling projects. Availability begins in Q4 2025.

Enhanced Video Surveillance Portfolio

Ajax expanded both its Baseline and Superior video surveillance lines with significant additions for installers seeking greater installation flexibility and image quality.

Baseline HLVF Cameras and NVR H2D Series

The new Baseline HLVF cameras feature motorised varifocal lenses with autofocus, enabling flexible zoom to capture either fine details or the entire scene. This eliminates the compromise between coverage area and detail resolution that installers often face with fixed-lens cameras.

The NVR H2D series supports two hard drives for expanded storage and offers two recording modes – Duplication Mode and Sequential Recording Mode – for reliable video retention. Models equipped with PoE ports allow engineers to connect up to 16 cameras directly to the NVR, simplifying system architecture and reducing installation time.

Superior HLVF Cameras and AI-Powered NVRs

For high-specification projects, Superior HLVF cameras combine hybrid illumination with variable viewing angles, featuring an advanced CMOS sensor and motorised lens with P-Iris diaphragm. These cameras maintain exceptional image clarity across any lighting conditions and support two-way audio, with built-in speakers for active intruder deterrence.

The Superior NVR models introduce Ajax’s first network video recorders with built-in AI, making third-party cameras smarter. They support up to 32 channels, can play four 4K streams simultaneously, and store up to 24TB of video across two hard drives. The upgraded AI provides enhanced accuracy and will serve as the foundation for future features exclusive to the Superior line.

Perimeter Protection: New Curtain Detectors

Ajax addressed the growing demand for early perimeter detection with two new outdoor curtain detectors for the Baseline range.

Curtain Outdoor Mini Jeweller is designed for narrow areas such as windows and doors, featuring two modes: Basic Mode and Pet Immunity Mode, helping identify intruders before they reach the interior of a property.

CurtainCam Outdoor HighMount (PhOD) Jeweller represents Ajax’s first outdoor curtain detector with a built-in camera for photo verification. It uses an IR sensor and K-band sensors to create an invisible barrier at the perimeter, capturing intruders the moment they cross. Both devices will be available in Q4 2025.

Breaking into Fire Safety: EN54 Line Launch

In a bold move beyond intrusion detection, Ajax announced EN54 Line, a fully wireless commercial fire detection and alarm system based on top-notch technology and wide integration possibilities.

At the core sits the EN54 Fire Hub Jeweller, a touchscreen control and indicating equipment (CIE) with an intuitive interface for managing the system. The hub controls up to 200 addressable devices across 40 zones. Certified to both EN 54 and EN 50131 (Grade 2), the CIE supports fire safety, intrusion protection, and video surveillance within a single unified system.

The EN 54-certified fire detectors, sounders, visual alarm devices (VADs) and manual call points combine signature Ajax design with proven performance – quick and accurate detection with powerful alerts.

For installers: The real advantage here is unified system management. With EN 54 and EN 50131 certification on a single CIE, fire detection and intruder alarm now operate within one ecosystem – one app, one platform and one familiar installation workflow. This eliminates the headache of managing separate fire and security systems on commercial sites, streamlining both installation and ongoing maintenance. The EN54 Line is already available to order, with wider availability expected in early 2026.

Enhanced Power Options: Hub BP Jeweller Update

The battery-powered Hub BP Jeweller received an important update with a power-saving mode that extends battery life to four years. This makes the control panel ideal for temporary sites, remote locations without mains power or buildings under construction – scenarios that traditionally required complex temporary power solutions.

The updated model is already available in select countries, with broader rollout expected in Q1 2026.

Recurring Revenue: Ajax Services Expansion

Ajax continued to develop its subscription-based services model, designed to convert one-time installations into ongoing revenue streams for professional installers.

The Ajax Services portfolio now includes: Ajax SIM for stable communication from the first minutes after installation, Ajax Ultra DP to simplify configuring reliable dual-channel data transmission, Ajax Cloud Storage for secure cloud video storage and Ajax Photo Mode for photo alarm verification in third-party monitoring software.

Significantly, installers can now activate Ajax Services with card payment directly in Ajax PRO: Tool for Engineers, with plans to give end users payment rights in their own Ajax app by year’s end. This flexibility reduces administrative burden whilst securing predictable recurring revenue.

A Unified Ecosystem Approach

What distinguishes this product launch from typical industry announcements is Ajax’s commitment to creating a genuinely integrated ecosystem. The ability to combine intrusion protection, video surveillance, fire safety, and home automation within a single platform addresses a long-standing industry pain point – the complexity of managing multiple disparate systems.

For installers, this unified approach translates to simplified training, streamlined stock management and the ability to offer clients genuinely comprehensive security solutions without juggling multiple manufacturer partnerships and incompatible technologies.
