Is the base included with the ZP755HAV-2P?

No, the mounting base is sold separately. The ZP755HAV-2P requires the SPB-2P polar white plug-in base for installation. The base is wired to the loop (terminals 5 and 6 for loop+/- IN/OUT) and optionally to external power (terminals 1 and 2 for 24VDC+ IN/OUT, terminal 2 for ground IN/OUT) with shield connection on terminal 7.
